Confined Spaces Safety Class
Entry into confined spaces requires specialized procedures, training and equipment. Employees who work in confined spaces face increased risk of exposure to serious hazards. In this class, students will learn confined space and “permit required” confined space entry, hazard recognition, air monitoring, entrants, attendants, documentation and emergency rescue procedures. Meets OSHA and state requirements.
Each WLA member business receives four free class registrations per year. Choose classes from the schedule below or let Approach Management Services customize classes for you and your staff. Program members can arrange to have sessions conducted on-site, and all classes can be conducted in Spanish or English. Injured workers from a business enrolled in WLA’s Workers’ Comp Safety & Savings Program may attend all classes free of charge. View the range of classes at SmartWA.org.
